Withdrawal and/or Return Form


The right of withdrawal means that you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract entered into with our company within 30 calendar days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 calendar days after the day you receive the goods or, as the law states, "you acquire physical possession of the goods ordered." Consumables, such as headphones or accessories, are at the store's discretion.

For this exchange or return to be effective, remember that the device must be returned in the same form as it was delivered: No signs of use on the device, complete accessories, gifts (if applicable) and packaging.
