APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

In order to guarantee the rights of consumers and users of Blackview Spain, its General Conditions follow the wording of Legislative Decree 1/2007 of the Reformulated Text of the Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), Law 7/98 of April 13 on General Contracting Conditions, Law 7/96 of January 15 on the Retail Trade Order, Civil Code, Directive 2000/31 EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 8 and Law 23/2003, of July 11, on Guarantees for the Sale of Consumer Goods.

In accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), we inform users and visitors of the website of these terms and conditions, which are binding.

For example, Blackview España may deny and/or suspend access to its services if it detects, among other things: a) use of false or misleading information during registration or use of a user account; b) purchases using unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods; c) detection of purchasing, return, rejection, and/or order abandonment patterns that indicate fraud; d) repeated purchases that result in the rejection and/or abandonment of the order; e) use of the platform for illegal activities.

These Terms and Conditions do not apply to products sold by third-party sellers through direct pre-quotation via email.

The user undertakes to make proper use of the website in accordance with the law, good faith, public order, traffic practices, and this Legal Notice.

The user shall be liable to the company or third parties for any damages that may arise as a result of breach of this obligation.

3. induce, incite or promote discriminatory actions, attitudes or thoughts based on sex, race, religion, beliefs, age or condition;
4. is contrary to the right to honor, personal or family privacy, or the self-image of individuals; in any way harms the credibility of the provider or third parties; and constitutes illicit, misleading, or unfair advertising.
