Good usage practices

Always keep the ports tightly closed

• Make sure the caps of USB-C, SIM and audio are tightly closed before exposing the tablet to water, rain, dust, or sand. This is essential to maintain its IP68/IP69K rating and prevent internal damage from moisture.

Do not press buttons underwater

• Although the device is water-resistant, pressing buttons (for example, to take photos underwater) can compromise the seal and allow liquid to enter. It's best to avoid this practice or only do so with the ports tightly closed and under controlled conditions.

Avoid water with aggressive substances

• Do not immerse the tablet in salt water, soapy water, or chlorinated water and avoid chemicals that could deteriorate rubber seals and protective coatings.

Do not charge in humid environments

• Do not use the charger or connect cables when the tablet is wet or in water-related environments. This may cause short circuits or damage the USB-C port.

Do not expose to extreme heat or punctures

• Avoid leaving your device exposed to sunlight inside a closed car or near intense heat sources.

• Do not strike with sharp objects, disassemble, or pierce the port cover or housing, as this will compromise the integrity of the protective seal.
