What are the purchase conditions?

When you buy from us, you have all the legal coverage of a company based in Spain:

– 3-year warranty compared to 1 year on many other websites.

        • 30 days for return or withdrawal if you are not satisfied with the purchased product.

I bought my phone from another website and I'm having a problem with it. What should I do?

We recommend that you contact your supplier to claim your product's warranty. If you don't get a satisfactory solution, you can send it to us for a quote prior to repair, following these steps:

    1. Perform a Reset of the terminal, if it cannot be turned on or the screen does not work, it is not necessary to perform this step.

    • If the problem persists after performing the factory reset, you should go to the next step.

    • If the terminal turns on, you must unlink all Google accounts associated with the terminal.

    • If the terminal turns on you must delete PIN or PATTERN, associate

    • If the terminal does NOT turn on, you must include this information in an information note.

    • Whether or not you turn on the terminal, you must send a note with the following information:

IMPORTANT: Misuse such as breakage of accessories or broken screen will not enter no time in warranty.
Terminals that do not include the invoice from BLACKVIEW ESPAÑA or its direct distributor will be repaired with the corresponding cost, which we will notify before carrying out the repair since it is not from our distributor YOU WILL NOT HAVE A WARRANTY WITH US AND ANY REPAIR AND/OR INTERVENTION WILL BE REASON FOR PAYMENT.

I have a problem with my Blackview, what should I do?

Most device issues are software-related and can be easily resolved with a factory reset (Settings-Backup-Factory Reset), which will erase your data (make a backup first). They will respond with a remote solution if possible, or if not, they will ask you to send the device to us for warranty repair or a repair estimate. Remember that the 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and under no circumstances damage caused to the device due to misuse, such as broken screens and similar issues.

I can't find the purchase invoice, but I know I bought it on your website and the approximate purchase date. What should I do?

I bought a tablet and can't type "ñ" on the keyboard. What can I do?

I bought a Blackview and I don't know how to activate the data?

To do this you must activate the APN or access point found in Settings – Mobile networks – Access point (or APN).

Please note that for the steps to work you must have your telephone company's information.

Is my data secure?

Yes, completely secure. Once you place your order, all subsequent transactions are conducted over a secure connection that guarantees the confidentiality of all your information. If you pay by card, all information is sent directly to the bank via a secure connection, so no one outside the bank will have access to it, nor will it be stored in our database.

I have a problem placing my order or payment.

How do I make a return?

Once accepted, you must send us the product, and we will refund the full amount.

I want to make a change or modification to my order. How do I do it?

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

In that case, it's very important that you reject the order to the carrier. If not, you must contact us within 30 days by email. info@blackviewphones.com  indicating the nature of the problem and attaching photos or videos for a better understanding of it.

How do I transfer information from my mobile phone to a computer?

If you plug in the data cable and your computer can't recognize it, you may need to open the developers. Here's a video to help you learn more:

I have a device that can expand the RAM. How do I expand it?

It will depend on the device you have, but generally, you have to go to: Settings > Phone information > Total RAM > Memory expansion.

In the case of Oukitel, the steps would be: Settings > Phone information > Total RAM > Activate or Settings > Virtual RAM > Activate
